techblog86 is a website about Greater China’s tech, mobile and startup worlds.

techblog86 was founded on January 1, 2008. The blog started in early 2008 after the discontinuation of blognation in late 2007 to satisfy an audience interested in China’s tech world. On June 1, 2008, techblog86 became part of the new TechHub86, joining Beijing’s largest international Mac community, BeiMac. techblog86 became part of the brand-new OpenWeb.Asia workgroup as a founding member in June 2008. The blog is also featured on Alltop China.

Coming to readers every day, and based in Beijing, techblog86’s aims are to inform all readers about the Chinese tech world, arrange meetups to further discussion, and to discover the newest and most innovative startups in China.
