16. Bringing the Best of British TV to China: 2014

As a perfect way to prepare for David’s two-year stay in London, in April 2014, David was actively involved in the organisation, “fine-tuning”, and hosting of the Inaugural Sino-British TV Programme Innovation Management Summit.

The summit showcased some of the best and most innovative TV formats on British television in front of a Chinese audience. David also hosted the China & UK party in the evening hours, where in spite of slight glitch in the picture-perfect timing of the fireworks, all participants — both Chinese and British — had a great time.

The successful hosting of the event was part of a seamless transition from Beijing to London, where he continues to be involved in the media world.

16. 2014 年：将英国的优秀电视节目带入中国

2014 年后半年，冯琰和妻子将移居英国。为了在这一方面做好“最好准备”，冯琰深度参加了首届中英电视节目创意创新管理高峰论坛的组织、翻译和主持等工作。此外，他还负责该次大会的志愿者英文和外国文化培训工作。

大会有诸多最富有创新性的英国电视内容制造企业参加，并在中国观众前展示最新的节目成品。冯琰还主持了活动的“英国之夜”活动，以及后续几天的主要活动。无论在台上、台下，还是聚会场所，大家都十分认同冯琰的主持风格。

该次大会的顺利主办，大大促进了冯琰顺利从北京转到伦敦的新的生活环境。
